Christine Donaldson Boccia

Daughter of James C. Donaldson Jr., stepped in as Executive Manager after her father passed away in 2007. Previous experience as an executive of other companies and 7 years at Donaldson Traditional managing payroll, benefits and administrative staff gave her the background needed to assume the Executive Management Position and become part of the team that manages the day to day activities of this company.

Stan Abramski

Started working in the plastering, drywall and acoustic ceiling business in 1953 with James C. Donaldson Sr. As long term associate Stan continues today as Chief Executive, overseeing all company activities. As part of the team, Stan continues the growth of the company his friend James Donaldson Jr. left to his care.

Michael Psillos

An Engineer and master craftsman in the art of Plaster, Mike heads outside operations overseeing project management of all field operations and is part of the team that manages the day to day company operations.

Christopher Fennell

Trained at The Cooper Union School he has a MS and BS in Engineering. Chris came to Donaldson with years of project management experience in drywall and acoustics with private and public works. Chris has infused his experience into our organization with great enthusiasm. He is currently running multiple diverse projects.

Craig Mannino

Heads up sales for our division of specialty construction and intricate projects. From security ceilings, porcelain panels and metal ceilings he heads our division for the intricate projects our organization is known to excel in.

Sal Cafisi

Our Field Superintendent has a great drive for perfection with increased production. Known as “The Mayor” on our projects he never hesitates to provide his hands on experience. His years of coordination experience, is a major asset to our clients and our company. Sal has years of experience with commercial building as a member of the New York City Carpenters.
